PeopleShare is seeking a Production Associate for IMMEDIATE hire in Aston, PA!
This is a DIRECT HIRE position.
This organization has been in business since 1954. They are a family-owned/Veteran-operated small business that specializes in industrial lubricants.
This is a thinking person’s game, not a repetitive assembly line job. Production Associates are assigned a variety of tasks, including picking and packing, inventory control, equipment and facility maintenance, quality testing, and product manufacturing. This is a position with opportunities for advancement to team leader roles and responsibilities, or other areas of the business.
Job Details for Production Associate:
• Schedules: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
• Pay rate: $19-$25/HR based on experience level
• 100% paid healthcare benefits
• 401K, 20 PTO days
DIRECT HIRE/PERMANENT position
Job Responsibilities & Description for Production Associate:
• Place raw materials into hoppers
• Mix the materials in the hopper
• Add liquids to batch tank at specific weights and closely follow recipes
• Pick and pack materials
• Assist with inventory counts
Job Requirements for Production Associate:
• 2+ Years of experience working in a manufacturing environment OR military service in any branch or occupational specialty
• Forklift experience preferred
• Experience in machinery repair, plumbing, fluid filling or batch missing is a huge plus
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license required
