Details
- Choose between 6:00am-6:00pm or 6:00pm-6:00am on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.
- Temp-to-perm opportunity for candidates looking to build a long-term career.
- Occasional weekend work may be required based on production demands.
Responsibilities
- Bag, tag, package, and inspect products while supporting press operators during production runs and changeovers.
- Follow machine setup procedures, monitor product quality, and help ensure customer specifications are met.
- Maintain production flow, minimize waste, complete assigned tasks on schedule, and assist with special projects as needed.

Requirements
- Previous industrial or manufacturing experience preferred with a solid work history.
- Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, basic math skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for 12-hour shifts, work in hot and cold conditions, and adapt to changing production needs.
