Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, 5:00 am – 5:00 pm
1-hour unpaid lunch
Enjoy Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off
Pay Rate: $17.00–$20.00 per hour

SMT Technician Job Description:
Kit and prepare components for production jobs
Load materials and components into SMT machine feeders
Assist SMT machines throughout the production process
Perform machine changeovers to support varying production runs
Conduct quality inspections of completed circuit boards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all manufacturing procedures and quality standards
SMT Technician Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes
Assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn electronic manufacturing processes
