PeopleShare is seeking experienced Order Picker / Cherry Picker Operators for a busy distribution facility in Aurora, IL.
Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate an Order Picker / Cherry Picker
- Pick and pull customer orders accurately
- Use RF scanners to locate and track inventory
- Retrieve and store inventory in elevated racking locations
- Stage and prepare orders for shipment
- Perform inventory and quality checks
- Assist with shipping and receiving operations
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and productivity standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements
- Previous Order Picker / Cherry Picker experience required
- Reach Truck experience is a strong plus
- RF scanner experience preferred
- Comfortable working at heights
- Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Steel-toe boots required
- Ability to work overtime as needed

Monday - Friday
6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Overtime may be required during the week and on weekends based on business needs.
