Machine Operator Job Details:
Schedule: All three shifts available!
- 7:00 AM–3:00 PM — Monday–Friday $18.00 an hour
- 3:00 PM–11:00 PM — Monday–Friday $20.70 an hour
- 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Sunday-Thursday - $21.60 an hour

Machine Operator Job Description:
- Pack finished products according to production and quality standards
- Build and prepare boxes and other packaging materials
- Perform visual quality inspections on finished products
- Assist with machine setup and preparation
- Monitor products coming off the extrusion equipment for quality issues
- Learn proper machine operation, setup, and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain an organized and safe work area
- Follow all production, safety, and quality procedures
- Perform additional production duties as assigned
Machine Operator Job Requirements:
- Mechanically inclined with an interest in learning machine operation
- Previous manufacturing, production, machine operating, or mechanical experience is preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- High energy and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Excellent attention to detail and quality
- Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
- Dependable with consistent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Must be comfortable working around manufacturing and extrusion equipment
