Production Supervisor (Night Shift)
- Schedule: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM | 2-2-3 Rotation Schedule

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support production employees during assigned shifts.
- Ensure production schedules are executed efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production equipment as needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory transactions and production reporting.
- Track and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead employee coaching, training, development, and performance management.
- Promote a culture of safety, food safety, quality, and compliance.
- Enforce company policies, GMPs, PPE requirements, and sanitation standards.
- Maintain audit-ready conditions throughout the facility.
- Monitor attendance and address performance concerns appropriately.
- Partner with maintenance during changeovers and equipment projects.

Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience.
- At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Experience operating and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
- Proficiency with computers and business systems such as Excel, ERP systems, and email.

Physical Requirements
- Regular standing, walking, and movement throughout the production facility.
