Shipping Coordinator Job Details:
- Schedules Available: Sunday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm (1 day off during the week+Saturdays off)
- Starting Pay Rate: $22-25/hr
- Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
- Location: Easton, PA
Shipping Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and vendors.
- Track shipments and communicate delivery updates or delays.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing slips, and freight records.
- Resolve shipping discrepancies, damaged goods, and delivery issues.
- Partner with warehouse, inventory, and customer service teams to support daily operations.
- Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with company and transportation requirements.
Shipping Coordinator Job Requirements:
- Experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Knowledge of shipping documentation and freight processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse/logistics systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a warehouse setting as needed.
