Entry-Level Sales Representative
Location: Allentown, PA
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
Compensation: $40,000 OTE inclusive of uncapped commissions

Are you a motivated, people-oriented professional looking to break into sales? We're seeking an energetic and driven Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing team in Allentown, PA.
No extensive sales experience required. Training, tools, and support are provided.
What You'll Be Doing
- Proactively reaching out to prospective customers via outbound calls
- Booking qualified meetings with SME and Enterprise businesses
- Identifying key decision-makers and gathering valuable account insights
- Starting consultative conversations about how solutions can support business growth
- Delivering a professional, positive experience on every interaction
What We're Looking For
- Confident, engaging communicators who enjoy talking to people
- Strong organization and time management skills
- A positive, self-starter mindset with a drive to succeed
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and online tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
