Job Responsibilities
- Work shipping chutes by scanning cartons and building pallets for shipment
- Wrap and secure completed pallets for transport
- Utilize an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) to unload inbound trailers and move product throughout the warehouse
- Load outbound trucks according to shipping schedules
- Operate an order picker to pull customer orders and replenish inventory
- Receive inbound shipments, verify product counts, and inspect inventory accuracy
- Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment
- Replenish inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Use RF scanners to track inventory and product movement
- Move materials safely throughout the warehouse utilizing powered equipment
- Perform equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse operating standards
- Assist with additional warehouse functions as needed
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of warehouse or distribution center experience preferred
- Experience operating warehouse equipment, including:
- Forklifts
- Reach Trucks
- Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ)
- Order Pickers
- Shipping and receiving experience required
- Experience using RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certification
- Experience with turret trucks is a plus
