Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Receive, store, and distribute materials, products, and supplies throughout the warehouse.
- Count inventory and verify product accuracy.
- Move materials between receiving, storage, and shipping areas.
- Sort and organize products on racks, shelves, pallets, and bins.
- Load and unload shipments using pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Operate forklifts after certification and authorization.
- Complete shipping paperwork, inventory records, labels, and related documentation.
- Assist with staging, packing, and warehouse organization.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Support warehouse operations and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to read and complete basic forms and paperwork.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and safety.
- Ability to perform physical warehouse duties.
- Ability to become forklift certified within 3-6 months of hire.
Preferred
- Previous warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics experience.
- Forklift certification or forklift operating experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience with order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, or inventory control.
- Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
