PeopleShare is hiring Forklift Operators for a large industrial parts distribution center in the Joliet/Elwood area. This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts who are looking for long-term employment and growth potential.

Shift Options & Pay
1st Shift
Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
$21.00/hr
2nd Shift
Monday-Friday 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
$21.50/hr
3rd Shift
Monday-Friday 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
$22.00/hr
Overtime opportunities available during the week and occasional Saturdays.
Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts
- Load, unload, move, and stage industrial parts
- Transport materials throughout the warehouse
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Accurately store and organize inventory
- Assist with shipping and receiving operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work with supervisors and team members to meet production goals
Requirements
- Experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts
- Ability to pass a forklift assessment
- Steel-toe shoes required
- Ability to lift and move heavy industrial parts
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Available to work Monday-Friday schedule
Required Onboarding Schedule
Candidates must be available for:
- Facility Walk-Through: Mondays at 11:30 AM
- Orientation: Tuesdays at 9:00 AM
- First Full Day of Work: Wednesdays
