Carpenter Job Details:
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00–$24.65 per hour, based on experience
Employment Type: Full-time, temp-to-hire

Carpenter Job Description:
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood and other materials used in specialty trailer construction
- Read and follow measurements, diagrams, blueprints, and work instructions
- Operate hand and power tools safely and accurately
- Build and install walls, flooring, cabinetry, trim, and other interior components
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy
- Assist with general assembly and production duties as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and production standards
Carpenter Job Requirements:
- Previous carpentry, construction, woodworking, assembly, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
- Entry-level candidates with mechanical ability and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
- Ability to accurately use a tape measure
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable attendance and ability to work well as part of a team
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment screening
