Warehouse Logistics Specialist
Schedule: 6:00pm - 2:30am, M-F (Required Training on 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift)
Pay Rate: $24 / hour

Training Schedule
During the 12-week program, candidates must be available to train on various shifts:
- 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
- 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM
Upon successful completion of training, employees will transition to a permanent schedule of:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM
Program Overview
Participants will rotate through key warehouse functions, including:
- Receiving
- Inventory Control
- Order Picking & Packing
- Warehouse Operations
Training focuses on developing skills in:
- Inventory accuracy and cycle counting
- RF scanner and warehouse system usage
- Material handling and receiving
- Order fulfillment and shipping
- Safety, quality, and productivity standards
- Teamwork, problem-solving, and process improvement
