Experienced Customer Service/Purchasing Job Description:
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all raw materials, parts, processes, equipment and software
- Create and manage files and databases used in the production process.
- Create and maintain all inventory parts and their associated databases.
- Manage a diligent vendor quote process to identify, receive and address potential changes in raw material costing.
- Maintain all inventory costs based on the vendor quote process and the interaction of all subcontracted services.
Experienced Customer Service/Purchasing Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience With customer service in production/distribution/logistics
- Strong communication skills
