Wiring Technician Team Lead

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Occasional overtime available
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor wiring technicians and apprentices
- Assign daily work and keep projects on schedule
- Perform and oversee electrical wiring installations
- Read and interpret electrical plans, schematics, and blueprints
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure quality workmanship
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and electrical codes
- Coordinate with project teams to support successful project completion
Qualifications
- 3+ years of electrical or wiring experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
- Journeyman Electrician License
- Solar installation experience
- NABCEP Certification
- Experience with panel upgrades
