Laser Punch Operator - Night Shift
$20-$21/Hour + $2 Shift Differential | Full-Time

We're hiring an experienced Laser Punch Operator for a full-time night shift opportunity. If you have experience operating CNC laser, punch press, or punch-laser equipment and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this could be a great fit for you.
Night Shift
- Monday-Friday
- 5:30 PM - 3:30 AM
Training will be conducted on day shift for the first 2-3 weeks.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC punch-laser equipment
- Read blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings
- Perform tooling changes and machine adjustments
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform routine maintenance
- Maintain quality standards, safety procedures, and production documentation
Requirements for applicants:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience operating CNC laser, punch press, or similar equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience using precision measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Preferred:
- Sheet metal fabrication experience
- Amada, Trumpf, or similar equipment experience
- Forklift experience or certification
- CNC programming or Lean Manufacturing knowledge
