We're seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to support a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance on machines and facility systems
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system issues
- Repair motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, and drives
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documents
- Complete work orders and maintenance records accurately
- Support production teams during equipment changeovers and breakdowns
- Follow all safety, GMP, and lockout/tagout procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Help identify and implement equipment improvements
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, food production, or a regulated environment
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with motors, conveyors, pumps, bearings, and production equipment
- Basic PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
- Experience with SAP or other maintenance management systems is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and move throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
- Ability to wear required PPE
