Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite (5 Days Per Week - This is not a hybrid or remote position.)
Compensation: $95,000-$110,000
About the Opportunity
Our client, a well-established manufacturing and distribution organization, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team in Skokie, IL.
This is a fully onsite position requiring five days per week in the office. The HR Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders while maintaining a strong presence throughout the organization, partnering closely with leaders and employees to support a fast-paced operational environment.
This role offers the opportunity to influence business decisions, coach leaders, strengthen employee engagement, and drive initiatives related to employee relations, workforce planning, organizational development, leadership development, and performance management. Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and business objectives.
Coach and advise managers on employee relations, performance management, leadership development, conflict resolution, and team effectiveness.
Investigate and resolve complex employee relations matters with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
Support workforce planning, succession planning, organizational design, and employee development initiatives.
Analyze workforce metrics and HR trends to identify opportunities and recommend data-driven solutions.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to support recruiting strategies and workforce planning efforts.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
Lead or support organizational change management initiatives.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, multi-state, and local employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Collaborate with HR colleagues and cross-functional business partners to support strategic initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
Previous experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or HR Manager.
Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and federal, state, multi-state, and local employment laws.
Demonstrated ability to coach, influence, and collaborate with leaders at all levels of an organization.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
Experience utilizing HRIS systems and reporting tools.
Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, logistics, retail, or other operational environments is strongly preferred.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Must be able to work onsite in Skokie, IL Monday through Friday. This is a fully onsite position and is not eligible for hybrid or remote work.
