Plastics Operator
Location: Hatfield, PA
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Schedule: Multiple Shifts Available
1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Plastics Operator Job Responsibilities
Operate and monitor plastic production machinery
Load materials and maintain production flow
Perform quality checks on finished products
Adjust machine settings as needed to meet production requirements
Complete production records and documentation
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report maintenance needs
Follow all safety and quality procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Plastics Operator Requirements
Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred
Experience in plastic manufacturing is a plus
Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
Ability to follow work instructions and production schedules
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
