Maintenance Technician
Location: Lincolnton, NC
Shift: 3rd Shift (Mon–Fri, 11PM–7AM
Pay: $28 a hour based off experience.
We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support overnight operations and keep production running smoothly. Ideal candidates bring a strong troubleshooting mindset and confidence working across electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems.
⭐ Key Responsibilities
Perform electrical, mechanical, and PLC troubleshooting to minimize downtime
Diagnose and repair equipment issues in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
Complete and track work orders using CMMS systems
Support preventive maintenance and continuous improvement efforts
⭐ What You Bring
Hands‑on experience with electrical maintenance and mechanical repair
Strong PLC troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with CMMS platforms
Reliability, teamwork, and readiness for consistent night‑shift work
