Job Summary for Assembly Technician I:
We are seeking a dependable Assembly Technician to support the assembly, testing, and inspection of customized mechanical and electronic systems. This role plays a key part in ensuring product quality and on-time delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities for Assembly Technician I:
- Assemble and test mechanical and electronic components according to specifications
- Read and interpret work instructions, bills of materials, and assembly drawings
- Perform quality checks and verify components prior to assembly
- Troubleshoot production issues to maintain workflow and efficiency
- Use basic hand tools, power tools, and measurement equipment
- Follow standard operating procedures and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with team members, engineers, and supervisors to support production goals
Minimum Qualifications for Assembly Technician I:
- 1–2+ years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions and diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills; SAP experience a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
