What You'll Be Doing
As a Production Associate, you will be involved in assembling and preparing high-quality patio doors for shipment.
Responsibilities include:
- Assemble door frames, glass components, and accessories
- Package and label finished products
- Perform cutting, welding, and glazing tasks
- Operate hand tools and manufacturing equipment
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure product standards
- Follow all safety procedures and quality requirements
- Work closely with team members to meet production goals
Required Skills & Qualifications
- At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical work and lift materials as needed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Comfortable using hand tools and production equipment
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license is a plus
