1st Shift Reach Truck & Order Picker Operator

Pay: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (schedule may flex to 5:00 AM–1:30 PM or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM as needed). Overtime required. All shifts run until work is completed.
Job Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Reach Truck & Order Picker Operator to join their warehouse team in Aberdeen, MD. This is a fast-paced position for a dependable individual who has previous equipment operating experience and enjoys staying active throughout the day.
Reach Truck & Order Picker Responsibilities
- Operate reach trucks, order pickers, and forklifts safely and efficiently
- Load and unload trucks
- Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
- Help maintain a productive and organized warehouse environment
Qualifications
- Previous Reach Truck & Order Picker experience required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- High School Diploma or GED required
