Job Details for the Maintenance Technician :
• Pay Rate: $30-36/hr (based on experience) + shift differential
• Schedule: 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 3pm-11:15am
• Full benefits and 401k
• Direct hire opportunity (not contracted or temp)
Job Responsibilities & Description for the Maintenance Technician:
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing machinery including robotics as well as PLC- controlled equipment
• Replace parts, perform upgrades, complete preventative maintenance, and related electrical repairs/diagnostics as required
• Facilities maintenance and repairs including repairs and upgrades to electrical, plumbing, and some HVAC as required
• Troubleshoot and perform modifications to PLC and HMI systems
• Operate production machinery on an as needed basis
Job Requirements for the Maintenance Technician:
• Must have some knowledge of PLC systems and/or PLC operated plant equipment
• Must have superior troubleshooting for manufacturing machinery and/or related electrical systems
• Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a team setting
• Must be willing and able to assist in operating manufacturing machinery as needed in addition to maintenance tasks
• Must be able to walk, climb, kneel, stoop, bend, drive, and lift up to 50 lbs
