We’re urgently hiring a Service Planner to keep our service operations running smoothly. As a Service Planner, you’ll play a key role in coordinating technicians, supporting customers, and ensuring every job is scheduled and completed efficiently.

What You’ll Do:
Scheduling & Coordination
- Build and manage technician schedules based on skills, availability, location, and urgency
- Coordinate service appointments and keep customers informed every step of the way
- Communicate schedule updates and handle changes in real-time
- Monitor open work orders to ensure timely completion
Administrative & Operational Support
- Create and follow up on service quotes; secure approvals before scheduling
- Arrange travel for field technicians (flights, hotels, rental cars)
- Review and process service reports for accuracy and completeness
- Enter work orders, updates, and scheduling changes in the CRM/ERP system
- Support leadership and fellow planners with workflow and resource planning
- Provide responsive, professional customer service via phone and email
What We’re Looking for in a Service Planner:
- Experience in scheduling, dispatch, service coordination, or administrative support
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to work full-time on-site in New Castle, DE
