Packer / Floater – Adhesive Manufacturing
Pay: $16/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

Openings: 2 (1 Packer, 1 Floater)
About the Role
We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join a growing adhesive manufacturing company. These are hands-on roles ideal for candidates who enjoy staying active and are looking for long-term opportunities with room to grow.
Position Overview
- Packer: Focused on packing, preparing, and moving product for shipment
- Floater: Supports production and assists with general facility upkeep after conversion (including yard work, trash removal, and other tasks as needed)
Key Responsibilities
- Stock boxes and prepare materials for production
- Pack and load finished products for shipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Assist with general warehouse and facility duties as needed
- Support additional cleanup and outdoor tasks (Floater role)
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to lift, move, and stack materials throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn new skills, including forklift operation (training provided)
