Maintenance Technician IV
Location: Mt. Laurel, NJ
Pay Rate: $33.00 – $40.00 per hour

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician IV who can work independently and take ownership of maintaining and improving equipment and facility operations. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing preventive maintenance programs to ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on injection molding machines, motors, conveyors, grinders, and related equipment
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules based on manufacturer recommendations and operational needs
- Review maintenance records and identify opportunities to optimize maintenance frequency and effectiveness
- Coordinate maintenance activities around production schedules to minimize downtime
- Estimate labor, parts, and materials required for maintenance work
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and asset histories
- Assist in equipment installation, upgrades, and facility improvements
- Initiate purchase orders for replacement parts and supplies
- Continuously improve technical skills and maintenance practices
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Associate’s degree or technical school certification preferred
OR - Minimum 8+ years of related maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in industrial equipment maintenance
- Experience working with injection molding equipment strongly preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, safety procedures, and schematics
- Solid math skills, including algebra and geometry concepts
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Additional Requirements
- Valid forklift certification required
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
