Janitorial / Clean-Up Associate
Pay: $15.41 - $15.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Janitorial/Clean-Up Associate to join our team. In this role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout the facility. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and can work independently while following safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize production equipment
- Sweep, mop, and maintain floors throughout the facility
- Dust work areas, equipment, and surfaces
- Straighten, stock, and organize shelves and workspaces
- Clean and maintain restrooms and common areas
- Remove trash and dispose of waste properly
- Follow all company safety and sanitation guidelines
- Perform general housekeeping duties as assigned
- Assist with additional cleaning projects as needed
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial, housekeeping, custodial, or cleaning experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to frequently bend, stoop, reach, and lift
- Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds as needed
- Comfortable working in a production or industrial environment
