Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- Manage and process accounts receivable transactions
- Prepare and send invoices to customers accurately and timely
- Monitor customer accounts and ensure prompt collection of outstanding balances
- Reconcile payments and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Communicate with customers regarding account status and payment inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper billing procedures
Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- Minimum 2+ years of accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
