What You’ll Do
- Conduct consultative appointments for Medicare & under-65 clients
- Assess needs, identify gaps, and recommend coverage
- Manage a high-volume pipeline using CRM (AgencyBloc)
- Build long-term relationships to drive retention & referrals
- Support light marketing & social media efforts
What You Need
- Active PA Life, Accident & Health License
- 1+ year insurance or sales experience
- Strong people & consultative sales skills
- CRM & Microsoft 365 experience
