General Labor – Manufacturing – 1st Shift (Entry Level)
Location: North Aurora, IL
Pay: $16–$17/hr
Shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, Monday–Friday

About the Job
We are hiring for a clean and organized manufacturing facility in North Aurora. This is a hands‑on job where you will work with molds, use simple power tools, and stay active throughout the day. No experience is needed — we will train you. Site tours are available so you can see the job before starting.
🔧 What You Will Do
Use basic power tools (pneumatic wrench) to open and close molds
Remove finished parts from the molds
Clean molds using water — no chemicals involved
Wipe, dip, and wash molds to get them ready for the next cycle
Keep your work area clean and organized
Work with your hands and get a little dirty during the process
Stand, move, and stay active for the entire shift
What You Need
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable being on your feet all day
Willing to learn and work with tools
Able to do repetitive tasks
Reliable and ready to work every day
