Forklift Operators Needed – Joliet & Elwood, IL
Pay: $17.50–$20.50/hr (based on shift & experience)
Shifts: 8‑hour or 10‑hour schedules
Schedules: Monday–Friday, Sunday–Wednesday, or Wednesday–Saturday
About the Role
We are hiring experienced Forklift Operators for multiple warehouse facilities in the Joliet and Elwood area. These are full‑time roles operating EPJ, Sit‑Down, and Stand‑Up forklifts in a fast‑paced distribution environment.
Responsibilities
Safely operate EPJ, Sit‑Down, and Stand‑Up forklifts
Pick, stage, load, and unload pallets and materials
Perform replenishment and general warehouse tasks
Follow all safety procedures and maintain clean work areas
Support production and shipping teams as needed
Requirements
Recent forklift experience (EPJ, Sit‑Down, or Stand‑Up)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast‑paced environment
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Ability to work 8‑ or 10‑hour shifts
