Bilingual Call Center Representative (Temp-to-Hire)
About the Role
A law firm representing a major Pennsylvania municipality is hiring a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Call Center Representative for a temp-to-hire position. This role focuses on assisting taxpayers with overdue real estate tax accounts in a professional office setting.
Job Details:
Location: Philadelphia, PA (Fully In-Office)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $20.00 – $21.00 per hours
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding overdue real estate taxes
- Process payments and set up installment plans
- Update account records and document all activity
- Perform basic research, including skip tracing and bankruptcy checks
- Escalate accounts that require additional review
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong communication and basic research skills
- Comfortable using computer systems and handling confidential information
- Customer service experience preferred
