We are seeking a detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative to join our call center team in Whippany, NJ.
In this role, you will support patients, physicians, and pharmacies by providing guidance on access to care, copay assistance, and reimbursement inquiries. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Monday- Friday, 8 hours shift within 8am-8pm at $19-$20/hr
Key Responsibilities:
Patient call handling — Manage inbound and outbound calls from patients, providers, and pharmacies
Care access support — Assist with copay programs, reimbursement questions, and benefit navigation
Claims processing — Process claims as needed with accuracy and attention to detail
Issue escalation — Route complex cases to Program Management, IT, or other internal teams
General support tasks — Complete additional assignments to support program operations
Required Skills & Experience:
Healthcare or call center experience — 1+ year in healthcare, case management, or high‑volume contact center (preferred)
Insurance & billing knowledge — Familiarity with pharmacy benefits, medical billing, or healthcare insurance (preferred)
Bilingual skills — English/Spanish a plus
