Primarily virtual with a preferred 1 day/week (3 hours) in-office in Center City Philadelphia
Flexible schedule; same-day responsiveness expected during work hours

Job Description
Seeking a highly organized, proactive Part-Time Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the President & CEO.
Responsibilities include calendar and email management, organizing and streamlining inboxes and document systems, and ensuring smooth coordination of internal and external meetings—especially those related to fundraising and external relations. The Executive Assistant will communicate priorities, tasks, and follow-ups to internal staff using email, Microsoft Teams, and Asana.
Additional responsibilities include supporting meetings and events, assisting with special CEO projects, and maintaining confidentiality while working closely with senior leadership, donors, and volunteers.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of executive assistant experience, preferably supporting senior leadership
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars, inboxes, and competing priorities with accuracy
- High level of professionalism and discretion when working with donors, volunteers, and staff
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and own projects from start to finish
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Adobe Pro and Asana preferred
- Positive, collaborative attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Commitment to confidentiality and organizational integrity
- Prior nonprofit experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work virtually with reliable internet access and attend in-office work periodically
