DME Equipment Coordinator
Pay: $20–$23/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, on‑site (minimum 36 hours/week, start time 8:00 AM)
Position Summary:
The DME Equipment Coordinator is responsible for purchasing patient medical supplies, communicating with vendors, and providing order status updates to physicians, therapists, and patients. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple orders in a fast‑paced medical office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order patient supplies through vendor portals
- Communicate with vendor customer service on order status
- Provide updates to physicians, therapists, and patients
- Update patient accounts and orders in DME/HME software
- Manage customer service emails and order tracking
- Maintain daily workflow and shipment reports
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of B2B experience
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and sit for extended periods
