Schedule for the Collections Account Manager
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 2 evening shifts/week: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Rotating Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
What will you do?
As a Collections Account Manager, you will:
- Speak with customers to find realistic payment solutions
- Negotiate payment plans in a professional, respectful way
- Meet daily call goals and performance targets
- Follow up on accounts to ensure resolution
- Learn skip tracing and account research techniques
- Accurately document customer interactions
- Stay compliant with company policies and regulations
What You Need to Become a Collections Account Manager
