We’re hiring dependable team members for hands‑on manufacturing work in an industrial environment.
Responsibilities
- Follow a formula sheet to mix rubber products
- Load/unload ingredients (lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly)
- Operate equipment (rubber mixer, mill, extruder, calendar sheet)
- Inspect quality, package, and label finished product
Requirements
- 1+ year manufacturing or transferable experience (restaurant, hospitality, lawn care)
- Comfortable standing for long periods
- Able to work in a non‑climate‑controlled environment
- Comfortable using tools and equipment
- PPE required
