Assembly Associate – 1st Shift

Job Description
We are looking for reliable and motivated Assembly Associates to join our production team on 1st shift. In this role, you will work on an assembly line building products using hand tools while meeting quality and safety standards.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble products on a fast‑paced assembly line
- Use hand tools and basic equipment
- Perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Inspect finished products for quality
- Follow all safety and production guidelines
Physical Requirements
This position is physically demanding and requires the ability to:
- Stand for the entire shift
- Frequently stoop, bend, push, and pull
- Lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Perform repetitive motions throughout the day
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to work the full 1st shift schedule
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Able to meet physical requirements of the role
- Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
