Job Summary

The Blender Helper works alongside a skilled blender in a fast‑paced, labor‑intensive food production environment. This role supports the repetitive blending process used to mass‑produce spice blends for third‑party customers. Candidates must be comfortable standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, accurately documenting production activity, and following strict food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Assist blenders in multiple production rooms to meet daily production goals
✅ Follow all blending procedures and food safety policies
✅ Verify ingredients and batch weights prior to blending
✅ Accurately complete and maintain all required production documentation
✅ Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of blenders and equipment per Quality standards
✅ Work safely at all times and report safety, food safety, or quality concerns
✅ Follow all GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices)
✅ Perform additional duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Able to stand, climb, lift, and move throughout the entire shift
Able to work up to 12‑hour shifts (end times may vary)
Willing to follow GMPs and food safety guidelines at all times
