2nd Shift Maintenance Mechanic Needed in Oaks, PA!
Pay: $25–$29/hour + $1.00 shift differential
Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday-Friday - 2:00pm to 11:00pm
Training: Travel required (company paid)
Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to maintain and repair production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role supports safe, efficient operations by troubleshooting issues, performing preventive maintenance, and collaborating with team members and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain machinery and equipment in a timely manner
- Perform preventative maintenance per established guidelines
- Identify and report major equipment issues to leadership
- Coordinate with external vendors for complex repairs
- Order and manage replacement parts as needed
- Train operators on basic equipment repairs
- Assist with general facility maintenance

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of solid state electronics and DC voltage
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Customer-service mindset and attention to detail
