- Use hand tools and power tools to build and modify assemblies
- Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Perform basic electrical testing (multimeters or visual inspection)
- Follow safety, quality, and work instruction standards
- Support production goals in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
✅ What We’re Looking For (Entry Level – Training Provided)
This Electrical Assembler position does not require advanced experience. Ideal candidates will have:
- Basic electrical knowledge (school, training, or hands‑on exposure)
- Experience using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and/or wiring diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to the Hanover, MD facility
- High school diploma or GED
