Accounts Receivable Specialist Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pm
- Pay Rate: $21-24/hr
- Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
- Location: Allentown, PA
Accounts Receivable Specialist Responsibilities:
- Managing the full Accounts Receivable cycle, including daily invoicing, remote deposits, and maintaining accurate records in QuickBooks and Excel
- Supporting customers by handling returns, issuing credits, resolving payment discrepancies, and managing A/R aging and collections
- Preparing weekly, monthly, and annual sales and A/R reports
- Collaborating with management, sales, and operations to address customer issues and ensure smooth communication
- Maintaining organized customer files across QuickBooks, internal databases, and physical records, along with performing general clerical duties as needed
Accounts Receivable Specialist Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Accounts Receivable or accounting clerk experience
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
