Job Summary
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the efficiency and output of assigned machines while ensuring all customer specifications are met. This role plays a key part in production, packaging, and quality control in a clean, organized manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do
✅ Operate and set up machines to begin and maintain production cycles
✅ Inspect materials to ensure quality standards are met
✅ Accurately process work orders, including:
- Length & width
- Core size and attachment
- Splices (if applicable)
- OD parameters
- Other customer‑specific requirements
✅ Package materials according to work order specifications:
- Wrapping
- Pallet size and type
- Quantity and orientation
✅ Record production time, output, and quality notes accurately
✅ Work efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards
✅ Report issues or concerns to leadership as needed
✅ Demonstrate strong teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail
Schedule
🕘 Regular Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
📅 Training: Must be available to train on 1st shift
What We’re Looking For
🎓 High School Diploma or GED
🏭 1+ year of manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
📋 High attention to detail and accuracy
🤝 Ability to work well with others
⏰ Dependable attendance
