What You’ll Do
Operate, set up, and troubleshoot 10–15 molding machines
Ensure equipment meets safety, quality, and productivity standards
Communicate with supervisors and team members to keep production flowing
Recommend improvements to processes and equipment
Train material handlers and support team development
Perform minor maintenance and assist with job setups
Follow all safety procedures, including LOTO
What You Bring
High school diploma (technical training a plus)
3–5 years of injection or blow molding experience
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read instructions, safety rules, and production documents
Basic math skills
Comfortable using Windows‑based systems
Bilingual is a plus
Physical Requirements
Active role: standing, walking, climbing, kneeling
Lift/move up to 50 lbs
Ability to work additional hours when production requires
