Warehouse Fulfillment Lead (Bilingual)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
Location: South Charlotte
Pay: $19.00/hr
We are seeking a dependable, detail‑oriented Lead Pick Packer to support daily warehouse operations and provide guidance to Pick Packers on the team. This role includes hands-on order fulfillment responsibilities as well as helping maintain workflow efficiency, quality standards, and safety compliance. Key Responsibilities
Lead & Support
- Assist with daily workflow coordination for pick/pack activities
- Serve as a point of contact for team members with questions about processes and priorities
- Help train new employees on picking, packing, and warehouse procedures
- Promote a positive, productive team environment
Order Fulfillment
- Accurately pick products according to customer order requirements
- Pack items securely to prevent damage during shipping
- Verify order accuracy and ensure inventory systems are updated
- Label and prepare shipments for dispatch
Warehouse Operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Monitor adherence to warehouse safety and operational standards
- Support general warehouse functions as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse, order fulfillment, or pick/pack experience required
- Prior leadership or mentor experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time‑management skills
- Basic computer experience required
