On-Site Coordinator (Full-Time)

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and proactive On-Site Coordinator to support and manage up to 50 associates at our client location. This role combines people management, recruiting/sourcing, and daily operational coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for associates and client leadership
- Manage attendance, performance, and daily needs of up to 50 associates
- Conduct active sourcing and recruiting for open positions (Indeed, referrals, job boards, etc.)
- Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate onboarding
- Ensure associates follow workplace policies and safety guidelines
- Address employee questions, concerns, and basic HR-related issues
- Track staffing levels and proactively plan for coverage needs
- Communicate staffing updates, issues, and metrics to management
- Support retention efforts and promote a positive work environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, coordination, or people management preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working on-site and interacting with associates throughout the day
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, applicant tracking systems)
- Problem-solver with a proactive, hands-on mindset
Preferred Experience
- Staffing agency or high-volume recruiting experience
- Experience managing hourly or contingent workforce
- Customer service or leadership background
