Skilled Craftsman — $25–$28/hr | M–F 6am–2:30pm
We’re looking for a experienced skilled craftsman to lead solid surface production with a focus on precision, safety, and quality. Responsibilities of the skilled craftsman:
- Operate and monitor fabrication machinery (saws, routers, jointers, shapers)
- Follow Corian fabrication specs and maintain work quality
- Review cut sheets, plan layouts, and minimize material waste
- Inspect dimensions, assemble components, and finish surfaces
- Read blueprints/diagrams and meet daily production deadlines
Requirements of the skilled craftsman:
- 10+ years in solid surface fabrication
- Strong experience with solid surface materials or building trades
- Skilled with shop tools (table saws, routers, skill saws, etc.)
- Detail‑oriented, dependable, strong communicator
