Sales Representative Job Details:
Schedule: Monday to Friday,9:00am to 6:00pmEST during training
Pay Rate: Base salary of $40,000/year plus commission (expected first year salary $60,000 to 80,000)
Sales Representative Job Description:
Make 75–100 outbound calls per day to warm leads initially (up to 150 calls per day once fully trained)
Use provided scripts and proven strategies to engage prospects and build trust
Educate clients on our program and its benefits
Close sales and enroll clients into the program
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff
Sales Representative Job Requirements:
Previous customer service and sales experience preferred
Strong customer service and organization skills
High School diploma required, Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
