Job Details for Benefit Enrollment Specialist:
- Type: Full-time, permanent, direct hire
- Location: (On-Site): Markley St Suite 210, Norristown, PA 19401
- Schedule: Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM - open flexibility. Some Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Pay:
- Off-Peak: $18/hour
- Peak Season: $21/hour (August–December)
Job Responsibilities for Benefit Enrollment Specialist:
- Assisting customers via phone, email, and chat
- Explaining health insurance benefits clearly and simply
- Comparing plan options and costs to guide customer decisions
- Providing support for new enrollments and annual member reviews
- Navigating multiple computer systems efficiently
- Offering compassionate service that builds trust and confidence
