Job Details for Benefit Enrollment Specialist:
- Location: Jacksonville, NC 28540
- Pay: $18.00/hour
- Schedule: Full-Time | In Office | Direct Hire
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Responsibilities for Benefit Enrollment Specialist:
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat
- Explain medical plan options in a clear, easy-to-understand way
- Compare plans, coverage, and costs
- Recommend and enroll customers in the plan that best fits their needs
- Navigate multiple systems while managing customer interactions
- Meet quality, performance, and enrollment goals
Job Qualifications for Benefit Enrollment Specialist
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Confident, professional communication skills
